Pilates offers plenty of benefits to your body no matter your fitness background. The beauty of Pilates is that anyone at any age can get started. It's gentle but challenging at the same time. It gives you a better spinal health, improves muscle tone, balance, joint mobility. This video focuses on core strength, but the classic Pilates moves will tone every inch of your body.

Functional Strength Routine

Upper (shoulders and arms) and Lower body (glutes and legs) workout with body weight exercises (no equipment needed). Strength training should be a basic element of your exercise program. Research shows that woman build positive body image when they add strength training to their routine. Building muscles also help you burn more calories by increasing muscle mass. Don't worry, these exercises will not make you bulk up!
